How to Remove a Bathroom Faucet: A Step-by-Step Guide

Replacing a bathroom faucet is a relatively simple task that can be completed in a few hours with the right tools. Step 1: Shut off the Water Supply

Before you start working on the faucet, turn off the water supply to the sink. The shut-off valves are usually located under the sink. Turn both the hot and cold water valves clockwise to close them.

Step 2: Disconnect the Water Lines

Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the nuts that connect the water lines to the faucet. Hold the faucet steady with your other hand to prevent it from moving. Be careful not to overtighten the nuts, as you could damage them.

Step 3: Remove the Faucet Handle
